Last Friday, December 12th, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals denied the state of Arkansas’ request to overturn Judge Brooks’ order which has blocked the state from enforcing several laws regulating canvassing. This means that the preliminary injunction granted by Judge Brooks remains in place.
