Welcome to Week 5 of the Unite & Rise Civic Action Challenge. This week’s theme is ACT.
This is our final voter registration push before the statewide deadline. Now is the time to ACT. Your Civic Circle action is to contact anyone whose registration question remains unresolved and share the current official information provided by LWVAR or the appropriate election office.
*Deadlines falling on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday are extended to the following business day, per Ark. Code § 7-1-108. The actual voter registration deadline will be Monday, October 5, 2026.
You can send this message:
Hi! The voter registration deadline is approaching, so I wanted to check in one last time. Is your registration information confirmed? I can share the current official resource from the League or help you find the appropriate election office. Please take care of it early rather than waiting until the final day.
Your League action is to sign up for a final registration event, outreach shift, or other deadline-week activity with your local chapter. After you complete both actions, log them in the Civic Action Tracker. Then invite one person to volunteer with you or help share the official deadline information.
A final follow-up can be the difference between an intention and a completed action. Let’s finish the registration phase strong. After you complete both actions, log them in the Civic Action Tracker.
